Zane “The Sparkplug” Finley

Born and raised in Lucas, Ohio, Zane “The Sparkplug” Finley was introduced to combat sports almost as soon as he could walk. By the age of five, he was already competing in wrestling, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, and USA Boxing. While most kids were still figuring out their hobbies, Zane was already building the foundation of a fighter.

That early exposure developed a well-rounded, pressure-forward style shaped by years of competition across multiple disciplines. Wrestling became the backbone of his game, while boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and MMA continued to sharpen every other part of his skill set.

Zane made his amateur MMA debut on August 20, 2022, quickly establishing himself on the Ohio circuit before making the decision to take his career to the next level. In August 2023, he relocated to Las Vegas to train at Syndicate MMA, surrounding himself with high-level coaches and fighters while continuing to develop both inside and outside the cage.

During his amateur career, Zane competed against tough opposition, built a 5–4 MMA record, and captured the TUFF-N-UFF Amateur Bantamweight Championship.

On September 25, 2026, Zane officially made his professional MMA debut at TUFF-N-UFF 157, competing poolside at the Sahara Las Vegas live on UFC Fight Pass. He made his professional arrival known with a second-round TKO victory.

Now officially 1–0 as a professional with a 100% finish rate, “Sparkplug” has entered the next chapter of his career with momentum already behind him.

The goal remains the same: keep improving, keep competing, and keep finishing fights.
